Once paid, any fees for parties, workshops, seminars and other events are non-refundable. If a registrant is unable to attend an event, he/she may transfer the ticket to another attendee no later than 48 hours prior to the start of the event. The request to transfer must be made in writing to firstname.lastname@example.org. Tickets purchased at members-only pricing can only be transferred to another paid member of the National Urban League Young Professionals network. The Dallas-Fort Worth Urban League Young Professionals (DFWULYP) reserve the right to cancel or postpone any event(s) in our sole discretion. If we cancel or postpone an event, we will use reasonable efforts to reschedule the cancelled or postponed event to within twelve (12) months from its original start date. Fees paid by registrants for a cancelled or postponed seminar shall be applicable to the rescheduled event on a dollar for dollar basis only. In the event DFWULYP elects not to reschedule the cancelled event, registrant will be offered a refund. If this occurs, our responsibility is limited to a refund of any registration fee(s) already paid. DFWULYP is not responsible for airline tickets, hotels costs, other tickets or payments, or any similar fee penalties or related or unrelated losses, costs and/or expenses registrant may incur or have incurred as a result of any trip cancellations or changes. Please allow thirty (30) days for us to process any refunds or credit changes. Event dates and locations are subject to change without prior notice.
