Keynote Speaker, Nate Yohannes- Nate is a Director of Business Development at Microsoft focusing on Artificial Intelligence in global telecom. Prior to Microsoft, Mr. Yohannes was appointed by The White House to serve in President Obama's administration as the Senior Advisor to the Chief Investment and Innovation Officer, US Small Business Administration.
Remarks from local elected officials- Congressman Colin Allred and Dallas County District Attorney John Creuzot will come together for the “State of Black Dallas” panel.

Plan to arrive by 9:00am to have time to park and go through security.

You must bring your valid ID to the Federal Reserve Bank. We encourage you to bring business cards and a tote/bag/briefcase for giveaways. Security screening is required.
Attire: We want you to be comfortable and ready to gear up for your professional evolution. Business Casual Attire is preferred, and most attendees will be in Business Professional Attire.

Address: 2200 N Pearl St, Dallas, TX 75201
The entrance to the Federal Reserve Bank parking lot is located on the north side of the Federal Reserve Bank building on Thomas Street. If you are driving north on Pearl Street from Woodall Rodgers Freeway, drive past the Federal Reserve Bank building, which will be on your right-hand side, then turn right at Thomas which is the first street. The entrance to the lot is located about three-fourths of the way down the block on the right side. The entrance is marked “Employee/Visitor Entrance”. To gain entrance into the parking lot, please state that you are at the Federal Reserve Bank for the Leadership Development Conference. After you park, walk from the lot south on Pearl Street to the main Bank entrance.
