Our 2019 Leadership Development Conference theme is Human Capital: Invest in Yourself. This conference is all about taking a thoughtful approach to the health and wellness of young professionals. Mental health, awareness of visible and invisible disabilities, and physical well-being are vital components of a holistic wellness approach for the modern professional. Young professionals face a hyper-connected, multi-tasking world daily on their quest for success.
Our program content is designed to align your sense of purpose with growth strategies to sustain fulfillment, professional success and positive community impact. Address: 2200 N Pearl St, Dallas, TX 75201
The entrance to the Federal Reserve Bank parking lot is located on the north side of the Federal Reserve Bank building on Thomas Street. If you are driving north on Pearl Street from Woodall Rodgers Freeway, drive past the Federal Reserve Bank building, which will be on your right-hand side, then turn right at Thomas which is the first street. The entrance to the lot is located about three-fourths of the way down the block on the right side. The entrance is marked “Employee/Visitor Entrance”. To gain entrance into the parking lot, please state that you are at the Federal Reserve Bank for the Leadership Development Conference. After you park, walk from the lot south on Pearl Street to the main Bank entrance.

Keynote Speaker, Nate Yohannes- Nate is a Director of Business Development at Microsoft focusing on Artificial Intelligence in global telecom. Prior to Microsoft, Mr. Yohannes was appointed by The White House to serve in President Obama's administration as the Senior Advisor to the Chief Investment and Innovation Officer, US Small Business Administration.
Remarks from local elected officials- Congressman Colin Allred and Dallas County District Attorney John Creuzot will come together for the “State of Black Dallas” panel.
College Track - We invite undergraduate students in North Texas to join us at #HumanCapital2019 for leadership development catered directly to our next generation of leaders.

11:45 - 1:00pm: Lunch & Keynote Address by Nate Yohannes
1:15 - 2:30pm: Panels & Workshops featuring discussions on self-actualization and mindfullness
2:45 - 4:00pm: “State of Black Dallas” panel featuring Congressman Colin Allred, Dallas County District Attorney John Creuzot, Marnese Elder, and Terrence Maiden
4:00 - 6:00pm: Post-event networking at Moxie’s (walking distance)
Important things to note.
Plan to arrive by 9:00am to have time to park and go through security. We cannot accept any attendees after 10:30am. If you cannot make it, we will see you at Moxie’s!

You must bring your valid ID to the Federal Reserve Bank. We encourage you to bring business cards and a tote/bag/briefcase for giveaways. Security screening is required.
Attire: We want you to be comfortable and ready to gear up for your professional evolution. Business Professional Attire is preferred but business casual is acceptable.
