The Leadership Development Conference (LDC) is a one-day conference devoted to the professional development and leadership growth development of young emerging professionals within the Dallas-Fort Worth Metroplex. Over the last ten years, the event has impacted more than 1,500 young professionals in areas including, but not limited to: financial literacy, entrepreneurship, leadership, professional development, and social responsibility and awareness; all of which promote a global impact for the communities we serve as essential stakeholders in the future prosperity of the DFW Metroplex.

The conference features notable keynote speakers from across the nation and panelists both local and national from numerous global brands including, but not limited to AT&T, Deloitte, JC Penney, Federal Reserve Bank, US Trust, Fidelity, Sanofi and Ebony Magazine.In addition, the conference provides a platform for entrepreneurship within our membership and partners by featuring local business owners and talent from companies such as Toyota, GEX Management, Visage Payroll, Grit Fitness, FLRSH Fitness, MOVE Dallas Realty, and 9 Happy People. Furthermore, in an effort to keep our finger on the pulse of local civic and philanthropic matters; the conference has featured countless elected officials and executives for local non-profits including Boy Scouts of America, NAMI, TCU, and SMU. We also leverage our partnership with Toyota, who now calls North Texas its home, as they seek to find talent among our membership ranks.
For the very fist year thiss conference will provide impactful leadership development opportunities for Dallas region area high school students. Activities and learning sessions will consist of the following:

Our Leadership Development Conference is highly regarded and considered our staple fundraising event.
