Purpose
The Dallas/Fort Worth Urban League Young Professionals is an auxiliary chapter of the Houston Area Urban League and The National Urban League Young Professionals. We are committed to supporting the Dallas/Fort-Worth Metroplex through service, civic engagement and leadership development.
the National Urban League Young Professionals (NULYP) is a National Urban League volunteer auxiliary that targets young professionals ages 21-40 to empower their communities and change lives through the Urban League Movement. The National Urban League Young Professionals: YP EMPOWERED!!
Established in 1910, The Urban League is the nation’s oldest and largest community based movement devoted to empowering African Americans to enter the economic and social mainstream. Today, the National Urban League, headquartered in New York City, spearheads the non-partisan efforts of its local affiliates.
